Your horse MUST be registered with the Canadian Friesian Horse Association to be eligible for our Awards Program.
The Canadian Friesian Horse Association (CFHA) is pleased to offer an awards program for all Friesian, Arabo-Friesians and Friesian Sport Horses (25% or more) that are competing in open shows against other breeds.
The awards program is one of the many ways we strive to promote “Embracing Spirit, Beauty and Strength”.
How it works
Each horse and rider combination that attends open shows between January to December of each year, they will print off report forms from the CFHA webpage that correspond to the desired discipline. On these report forms the class and placing will be entered. The judge or the show/competition secretary/manager will verify with their signature. In the case of dressage a copy of the test will be submitted along with the report (and therefore no signature required).
1st to 4th place ribbons will be awarded in each division identified below.
Reports to be submitted to by February 15th for the previous show season.
